100mm 180g suede Eozoé stage ball
100mm contact ball:
The new 100 mm diameter ball is the only one on the market right now and has been developed to practice contact juggling, but also to cope with the growing demand for stage balls to make contact poi.
100mm is the ideal size for learning the contact discipline.
It is the most suitable diameter to learn how to contact juggle with a single ball. If you have small hands, we have a more suitable 90mm version. This model being light it is intended mainly for small people, children and teenagers for example. For others we have a heavier version that will be more stable: the stage ball 100mm 210g.
NetJuggler's opinion:
We opted for the use of moulds with a matte surface, not a glossy one. Moulds made especially for this ball are brand new, so the finitions on this ball are perfect:-).
The ball is very visual and rather heavy to facilitate contact learning.
The finition of the ball is matte, which gives them their comfort and their name "suede". It's a partnership with a furniture designer that allowed us to manufacture its finitions and the PVC structure that we use comes from a recipe used to make balloons. This is what differentiates its comfort of use with standard stage ball models. The ball has a very round and rigid structure while being soft to the touch. When you juggle with several balls at the same time, these do not stick together as is the case with shiny coating balls.
For this ball we have opted for a UV dye free PVC. This allows the ball to better preserve its color during an exposure to the sun.
They can also be used to juggle. The visual effect while juggling is impressive because of their large diameter. Juggling with these balls will be more intended for experienced jugglers. We also have a 90mm version that can be more suitable for juggling (with 5 balls for example or more).
Characteristics of the juggling ball:
- Diameter: 100mm.
- Mass: 180g.
- Phthalate free PVC.
- Recyclable PVC.
- Made in France.
- Brand : Eozoé.
- Manufacturing process: rotational moulding. 12 moulds positioned in trio for a more homogeneous mass distribution.
- Sold individually.
- This juggling ball model is not reactive in the presence of black light. We do not use UV pigments in the manufacture of our balls. This allows our balls to keep their color much longer when exposed to the sun in comparison with balls from other manufacturers who use UV pigments.
What kind of use ?
Initiation for contact juggling for smaller persons.
For the manufacture of your contact poi (bolas). Bow uses this ball model on its bolas for 2 Poi, 4 Poi, 5 Poi and 6 Poi. When juggling (with contact bolas), a matte or glossy finish changes nothing from a technical point of view of juggling. On the other hand for contact roll and fish tail, this matte version of the ball is more pleasant because the ball should not slip on the skin (where our balls with glossy finish will stick too much).
Informations on the brand eozoé :
eoZoé® was born with the desire to make circus and juggling equipment entirely in France. In France many factories are becoming importers. Some of them kept the expertise and the machines and want to produce articles locally, even on small series as is the case in the middle of juggling. Eozoé® works in partnership with factories in France but also with craftsmen.
eoZoé® is a registered trademark belonging to NetJuggler.Manufacture of the balls:
Here are some pictures of where our balls are made. The rotational moulding system is used. It's a manufacturing process where the plastic is put in liquid form into the moulds. The moulds spin fast enough for the plastic to be coated on the sides of the mould. We are very proud to manufacture our juggling balls in France, only a few hours away from where we are settled :-). We are just a quick drive away from saying that we make our balls locally :-).
Shops (EU and international):
If you are a shop or a distributor, we can supply you with 15 different colours or we can manufacture custom colours and weights just for you. Our balls are sold in shops all over the world, as they are, or transformed to be used as contact poi.

Bonjour
