100mm Silx Ball
This item is sold individually.
An exceptional juggling ball:
At first glance, the SIL-X is a stage ball, and this is absolutely true except that its characteristics are quite special. The plastic is flexible and 1/3 the volume of the ball is filled with liquid silicone. This places the barycenter of the ball at the very bottom of it, allowing very stable and precise ball trajectories on high throws. It also facilitates juggling with the feet as well as contact and tricks at the level of the head. The principle is similar to that of Russian balls.
The silicone is injected via an almost imperceptible valve which preserves the visual aspect of a stage ball.
Note that the silicone used is absolutely harmless and non-toxic since it is a silicone used as a lubricant in food (yuck!)
NetJuggler's opinion:
Unlike all types of grains, liquid silicone slides perfectly inside the ball so that even when the ball is sent off twist, it does not go spinning.
Characteristics of the SIL-X:
- Diameter: 100mm.
- Weight: 300g.
- Colours: Available in Red, Orange, White, Green, Blue, Yellow and Pink.
