100mm stage ball:
Made by Play, the 100mm stage balls have an ideal touch for discovering and practicing contact juggling. The 100mm version is the most used in contact juggling. Indeed, it is harder, allowing better contact of the balls with the body.
This model of ball is particularly robust, it is lighter than an acrylic ball, it will allow you to learn contact juggling. For those of you who are tinkering, this ball can also be used to craft contact poi. The surface finish of the ball is glossy.

NetJuggler's opinion:
For contact juggling, these balls are visually very successful. The colours are fluorescent and reactive in black light (except the white one).
When juggling with 4, 5 or even 7 balls, the visual effect is really very nice.
Also available in a phosphorescent version (select it from the options).
Technical characteristics of the contact balls:
- Diameter: 100mm.

Using this type of ball to make contact Poi
This ball is perfect to use for making contact poi. If you like building things yourself, here is a tutorial made by Bow explaining how to make contact poi. This tutorial may be used in conjonction with the ball on this page.
Could you help me: I'm looking for a contact ball suitable for a 7-year-old girl with a fairly slim build for her to start with, and I don't know what diameter to choose so that it fits a child's hands....
Thank you for your help...
....Santa Claus...
This type of ball is suitable for learning contact even if she is only 7 years old.
It is a ball with a fairly large diameter, but not too heavy at 200 grams.
This is ideal for learning the basics. If you're worried it might be a bit big, we also make a 90mm version. But in reality, the bigger and heavier the ball, the easier it will be :-).
Be careful, however, not to choose a heavier ball, because for your age and morphology, it may not be pleasant to handle. Instead of being an advantage, too much weight could be tiring to use and could put too much strain on your wrists.
We give classes in our association, and I wouldn't make it bigger than 80-90mm for small hands (there are some very small ones even in adults).
Great for starters, good price and it doesn't break or scratch.
Contact enthusiasts will, however, move fairly quickly to acrylic balls or GRS type balls for body rolls.

Really nice for both beginners and improving your juggling skills.
Very pleasant to the touch.
Really good

Very good balls in my opinion to start contact, or even to juggle if some like big objects, pleasant and rather light, they have a very good lifespan. They tend to roll (like all contact balls) when dropped but isn't that the characteristic of a spherical object? ^^
Recommended for those who want to start contact without breaking the bank or for those who just want to try this discipline.
But of course, if you have the opportunity, go and test them directly in the store and you will form your own opinion before purchasing.
