What kind of use?
Fire staff are aimed at professionals! Fire burns ...
Warning: this item can be dangerous. Always handle a flaming object with care and provide something to extinguish it (wet non-flammable cloth reserved for this use). This item is prohibited for those under the age of 18.
Change your wicks:
I made a small amateur video to show you how to change the wick of a fire torch. The same technique applies to changing the wick on a staff. When you change your wicks, you can use kevlar of a different width if you wish. Kevlar is sold by the meter or in a reel. To replace the kevlar on this staff, if you want the same thickness, one meter will be enough for you to change the two ends of the staff.
Could you please advise me? I am hesitating between 130 and 150, what is the difference and which is better to start with. Thank you.
A shorter staff of 1.30m will be able to pass under your arms when you spin. A staff of 1.50m is too long to pass under the arms, so your practice will be more limited. On the other hand, its longer size will allow you to do other things such as contact staff movements which will be more difficult to achieve with a staff of 1.30m.
