This staff is designed for beginners wishing to discover stick handling as well as for advanced practitioners looking to practice with several staffs.

Thanks to its robust construction and comfortable grip, it ensures good grip and smooth handling.

The ends are equipped with 4.5 cm diameter rubber tips, providing protection against shocks and preserving the colour and grip of the staff.

This model is simple, rather basic, but robust and effective to get you started in the discipline. The length should be chosen according to your size and your practice. A shorter staff goes under the arms and allows a wider range of figures. A shorter staff also allows you to make throws to juggle with one or more staffs (1 meter version). The longer staffs of 1m30 go under the arms if you are tall! And the 1m50 staffs are visual and take up a lot of space!
