Delta link 8 mm galvanized steel:

Zinc-plated steel triangular quick link, to prevent rust in humid environments. This connector is designed for using in fall arrest, work positioning and restraint systems. Quick links are used for infrequent openings / closings. The zinc-plated steel body, harder than normal carbon steel, is less susceptible to wear caused by sliding strings. They must be tightened with a wrench.
