The DEOS string is slightly elastic when it is new.
If you are a beginner diabolist and you are using a diabolo for the first time, consider ordering a roll of string with your diabolo because the string wears out ! It's a bit like with the yo-yo string, there is a lot of friction when practicing. If you are a beginner you will use even more string .... When we start our movements are often jerky and violent ! Especially with children !

Adjust the length of the diabolo string:
- This string is placed at the same level as the Henrys and Proline string in terms of quality.
- This is a premium string from the manufacturer Play. It grips faster than the Henrys string making it ready to be used faster for a 3 or 4 diabolo practice.
For beginners we usually put a total length of string (from one end of the stick to the other) corresponding to a height that can be measured on us: from the foot to the shoulder.
What kind of use ?
It is intended for an intensive use by experienced diabolists. It also suits beginners because they tend to use their string much faster than experienced diabolists and will therefore need a robust string.

It all depends on your habits.
Henrys diabolo string is less elastic than Deos. This is primarily a matter of taste.
