We organize 3 times a year product returns at our expense to Flowtoys. They are repaired by Flowtoys then returned to us before being returned to you. So you don't have to pay any fees. However, the wait can be of several months. The alternative is to return the item directly to Flowtoys in the US, this will be faster for you.
