The staff discipline:

Unlike other circus disciplines, the staff is relatively intuitive in terms of handling and having fun. Most children or adults, without any training, will understand the basics. The Echo Spin glowing stick equipped with LEDs gives excellent rendering in a dark environment.

Choose the length of your staff:

100cm is the perfect size for children. Most older children will be able to comfortably spin a stick of this length without it hitting the ground in one of the simple "8" or "rotor" patterns.

The 120cm length is perfect for adults and older children. It's not an ideal length for contact stick spinning, but these sticks aren't meant for the stick spinning style (although you can do some basic contact moves).

The two lengths are ideal for practicing with two staffs, three staffs as well as for isolations. The ability to independently control the colour of each end is also useful when learning the double staff rotation. You are then aware of where each end of the staff is in space.

High power LEDs:

The Echo SPIN LED glowing stick looks great with its high power LEDs on each end that emit a lot of brightness. The brighter light functions will light up the entire tube, while less vivid colours will fade towards the center, giving a nice mix of colours and contrast in the center. Ideal for using on stage, in the street or in the garden with your friends!

Robust staff with a good grip:

The tube is made in a robust, semi-transparent plastic with 2mm thick walls, giving it the durability you need for throws (and drops)! The tube includes a comfortable, grippy silicone layer. The stick has a diameter of 23mm, perfect for children and adults. The silicone grip makes it easy and comfortable to grab.

The stick is slightly flexible, which is usual on staffs equipped with LEDs, but not too much so as not to jeopardize the simple rotations of the stick. It is ideal for throws and rotations in double staff. Finger rotation is comfortable and easy thanks to the silicone coating along the entire length and the adapted diameter.

Silicone tips:

The ends of the stick are protected by durable and flexible silicone tips. This protects the LEDs from impacts, your face from the ends of the tube and it also keeps dust and water out. The tips also add weight to the ends of the stick, perfect for maintaining inertia during rotations.

Simplicity of use:

Press and hold for 3-5 seconds then release to turn it on.
Press a single time to change function.
Press and hold for 3-5 seconds (until a small red flash) to turn it off.

The Echo Spin LED glowing stick makes it easy to switch between 11 preset colour modes, all with a button on each end.

11 light modes:

Plain red.
Plain green.
Plain blue.
Plain yellow.
Plain turquoise.
Plain pink.
Plain orange.
Plain white.
Slow fade - colours change slowly and blend into the next colour through the 8 plain colours.
Quick change -1.5 seconds per colour, cycling through the 8 colours.
Strobe - sparkles through all 8 colours. This mode doesn't look like much when stopped, but when rotated it creates an effect that shows each colour separated. This makes spinning patterns easier!

You can control each end independently, so mix or match the colour modes!

Charges via 2 micro-USB ports and works for over 2 hours (depending on the colour mode) on 1 charge. 2x micro USB charging cables are included.
