Extreme diabolo handsticks by Mister Babache

These handsticks are sold by the pair, and already equipped with a length of string.
Extreme handsticks by Mister Babache:
The Extreme diabolo handsticks from the Swiss manufacturer Mister Babache are rigid sticks with an aluminum core.
The handles of the yellow, pink and green handsticks react to black light (UV reactive).
Remember that the string wears out, especially with beginners. We advise you to order a reel at the same time you buy your diabolo because it is a special string. To find out what length you need, you just need to measure the length from the foot to the shoulder of the practitioner. These handsticks are equipped with a length of string of about 1 meter 60. You may need to shorten the string a little. Note that there is a length of string long enough on these handsticks for a teenager or an adult.
NetJuggler's opinion:
These handsticks have a designer look and appeal to both beginners and professionals.
If you are looking to slide / grind on the handsticks, it's good to note that these are quite thick. You will therefore obtain better results with standard aluminum handsticks that are thinner, such as aluminum ones from Henrys, Mister Babache or even Geko which also have a silicone handle.
Characteristics of the Extreme handsticks:
- Length: 34cm.
- Weight: 45g.
- Tie of the string: screw end at the end of the handstick.
- String length: 1.60 m.
- Special diabolo string.
- Black colour. Choice of: silicone or foam handles.
What kind of use?
These handsticks are ideal for beginners and experienced diabolists.
Choose your handsticks:
Whatever your choice of handsticks, you can do almost any trick.
- The beech handsticks are solid and efficient, they are widely used in schools and associations .
- The aluminum handsticks are rigid , the favorites of beginners because they are thin and therefore excellent for making slides / grinds which last a very long time. They are also used a lot by diabolists who practice intensively.
- The carbon handsticks are flexible diabolo handsticks . They are used to practice with several diabolos at the same time in order to better cushion the reception of the diabolos. They offer additional comfort compared to aluminum handsticks.
- The fiberglass handsticks are very light . The lighter the handsticks, the more you can feel the diabolo on the string. On the same principle as carbon handsticks, they are slightly flexible for more comfort.
Adjust the string of your diabolo:
To practice the diabolo, an important point is the length of the string. The length depends on your height and also your preferences. There is no typical length!
However, for children we generally put a total length of string that goes from the foot to the shoulder . For teens / adults, we put a slightly shorter length from the foot to the armpit.
To find the length you prefer, try several lenghts and, as soon as yit feels good, keep it that way!
hello
I would like to know if the string is sold with the sticks and what color it is to know if I should change it or if it is good (often the yellow string is better in any case in the photo it is pink)
The color of the string varies depending on our arrivals. It is not possible to choose this color. However, it is quite thick string, so if you practice a lot, you will certainly prefer a thinner string like the Henrys string that we sell on a spool.
What is better between silicone or foam handles?
It's a matter of taste. The foam will absorb sweat if you sweat a lot! The silicone provides comfort and significant grip.
Hello, are the Mister Babache Extreme Diabolo Sticks suitable for slides?
thanks in advance
For slides, I recommend using thinner sticks. Examples include aluminum sticks from Henrys, Mister Babache, or Geko sticks, which also have a silicone handle.
Hello, are the Mister Babache Extreme Diabolo sticks suitable for slides?
thanks in advance
Yes, of course these sticks will work well for slides if your diabolo is equipped with a wide axle. If you have a normal axle on your diabolo then I advise you to opt for thinner sticks such as aluminum sticks.
Hello, do you think the Mister Babache Extreme sticks go well with the Mister Babache Finesse Generation 4 diabolo?
thanks in advance
They go well with all diabolos. They are rigid and comfortable to hold. It's a matter of taste. If you're looking for something rigid, that's good, otherwise if you're looking for something more flexible, opt instead for Mister Babache's Energy sticks or even carbon sticks which will also be lighter.
Hello, I would like to know if these sticks are made of aluminum or not and if they do not wear out the string too much. Could I have the measurements for the same occasion please? Thank you.
Yes, they are made of aluminum and are one of the sticks that wears the string the least....
Indeed, these sticks have a well-rounded tip which means that your string will wear out less quickly.
