This book is not recent, its graphics are a bit dated, but the gist is there. The sculptures are very well explained. We easily understand where the author wants to take us.

Which balloons to use?
To practice balloon sculpting, 260Q ballons are the ones mainly used. In this book, almost all of the sculptures are made with these balloons. To inflate these balloons, NetJuggler advises you to use a pump. Indeed, you will have to be "a pro" or "a fool" to inflate them up with your mouth.
