Fixed CIRKAO stilts

Item sold in pairs. The PREAU stilts are now called CIRKAO. They are delivered in France with our delivery package at 14 euros, whatever the number of pair of stilts you order.

As CIRKAO stilts are assembled especially for you for each order, please do not take into account the delivery times indicated on our website. Instead, allow 1-3 weeks after we receive your payment for delivery. 24h delivery does not apply to this item.

Fixed CIRKAO stilts:

CIRKAO stilts are made of cast aluminum. They are assembled by cold welding.

CIRKAO stilts are up to the ambitions of professionals and amateurs of the entertainment world.

Each pair of CIRKAO stilts we sell is made on demand. We therefore carry out an assembly especially for you once your order has been placed.

Fixed Size:

From 50 cm to 2 m high, you can choose your height of stilts.

We are often asked the following question: can we transform fixed stilts into modular stilts? Well, the short answer is: yes. All you have to do is fix a pair of CIRKAO extensions to your stilts.

Tips for using your CIRKAO stilts:

Safety:

The CIRKAO stilts are to be used only for walking.
Before each use:

• Check the correct fixation of the shoes.
• Check the condition of the straps.
• Check the connections of the various screwed and glued elements.
• Check the general condition of the molded central element.

Wearing knee pads and wrist guards is mandatory.

Fixing the shoes on the CIRKAO stilts:

CIRKAO stilts are available with 2 types of attachment for the shoes.

• Fixing on the sole with screws provided + 2 straps.
• Immobilization with 2 straps + 1 heel pad.

For fixing the stilts with screws, for safety reasons, it is advisable to use new shoes with compact soles.

Assembly of CIRKAO stilts:

Generally, CIRKAO stilts are delivered fixed. If you prefer to opt for a modular version, the extensions must be assembled separately with 4 screws.

To assemble the extensions, remove the screw and then the white nylon end with the rubber buffer. Remove the PVC ring using the bent sheet metal part provided (keep these 2 parts). Position the white end cap (without the PVC ring) in the extension and screw.

The additional holes which may seem unnecessary to you are intended for the assembly of different sets (ice set for example).

What kind of use?

These stilts are made for initiation, strolling and shows.

Stilts in the snow:

A question that is regularly asked about the use of stilts for shows in ski resorts, for example.

There are areas where the practice of stilts becomes technical like on snow for example. It is preferable to opt for slow wanderings in these conditions. We will raise the knees more and use a lot more the upper body.

For performances on cobblestones or slippery ground, opt for small steps with movements in the pelvis.
