Flower stick and controlsticks with silicone coating:
The Neo flower stick is designed with bright fluorescent colours that react to the UV light.
The coating of the controlsticks and the flower stick are made of silicone, which allows the stick to grip to the controlsticks. This will facilitate the use of the flower stick and allow to execute precise tricks with large movements.
The flowers are the parts at each end of the flower stick. This is what balances the stick and slows it, making it easy to use.
The flowers at the ends of the stick are made of "synthetic leather". The desire of Nathan, the manufacturer is to not use leather in anything he creates.

The equipment you are offered is selected with rigor. Here is a photo transmitted by Robin who has been working with our equipment since 2012 in Belgium to give circus lessons. Here is a photo of the NEO flower sticks that has been in his possession for 3 years. Quite robust I would say !
With baguettes, the low price raises some suspicions in me:
- Does the silicone adhere well?
- Does the weight of the stick allow you to do contact tricks (roll the stick)?
- Are the rods made of fiberglass?
Silicone performance
The silicone on the NEO flower stick grips well. However, it doesn't grip as well as the silicone on Lunastix flower sticks, and it also grips a little less than the silicone used by Bravo Juggling.
That said, it still provides good grip. While this is a little less important on other brands, this will make the stick a little more dynamic because it is less sticky, which is appreciable in practice. It's primarily a matter of taste.

The sticks are also made of fiberglass, which gives them a certain lightness compared to wood, but above all, significant strength. Wooden sticks are generally less durable over the long term.
