Hello, I use your boxes but unfortunately black marks have appeared on the colored parts. These are black marks from the rubber at the ends and I was wondering if you had any idea how to get rid of them please.
Regarding the black marks on the boxes, they are easily removed with a few drops of acetone on a cloth (rub lightly). Use very little, however, because otherwise you risk damaging the coating of the boxes.
