One of the strengths of this Hula Hoop model is that it can be adapted to any size of person. The larger it is, the easier it will be to use. If you want to make it more dynamic, just shorten it. Thus, it can also be suitable for children by slightly reducing its diameter.

NetJuggler does not recommend this item for beginners. Thinner and with a smaller diameter, it will be more difficult to handle. For beginners, NetJuggler recommends the Hoop Perfect 20mm or the Decorated hoop.
