Gora contact fire sword
This fire sword is sold individually, already equipped with Kevlar, ready to use.
Fire sword:
This sword is designed around a 7075 aluminum structure, which makes the "blade part" light, while being stable and very robust since this aluminum does not bend. The wick used is in thick tubular Kevlar which follows the round shape of the "blade".
Comfort is ensured by a flexible handle with a tennis racket-type grip coating. Under the handle there is a spongy structure made of EPDM rubber.
The center of gravity of the sword is marked with two points. One of the marks corresponds to the soaked sword and the other corresponds to the sword not soaked in fuel. Thus, while the object is inflamed, its center of gravity will gradually move between these two points.
A silicone disc separates the ignitable part from the handle part in order to protect and prevent from the heat diffused by the flame.
Take care of your sword while it is being transported. As with many staff models, if something puts pressure on the blade it can twist / bend.

Tips for using the sword:
Gora gives some tips to increase the lifespan of your sword:
When you soak your wicks, soak them 3/4, this will give the Kevlar time to absorb all the fuel and prevent it from leaking and running on the silicone. It is important to know that the silicone that makes up the thermal insulation between the hilt and the flame of the sword is heat resistant but not fire resistant. Also, be careful not to let any fuel run onto the silicone.
- Never use fuel such as White Spirit, Benzene or other alcohol based fuel.
- Do not hold the sword in a vertical position with the flame facing down, always keep it moving or in a horizontal position.
- Handle the grip with delicacy to ensure a good lifespan.
- Do not soak the silicone parts or the handle in fuel.
