If you have never spun a plate before, NetJuggler recommends that you start with one of our spinning plates. We have one model in particular which will be the most suitable and the easiest to use: the flexible spinning plate which will be more easy to handle.

This booklet guides you to learn how to spin a plate and explains how to perform your first tricks. The discipline is presented with text explanations and drawings.

Free booklet:

This booklet is available and presented in English only. This is a rather old edition, hence the fact that we offer it for free on our website. There are 17 pages to discover. Regarding the free offer, please take only the number of booklets you need so that as many people as possible can enjoy this booklet for free. We count on your kindness and we reserve the right to limit the number of booklets that we send to you if you order an abnormally large quantity compared to the rest of your order.

There is however a section dedicated to the discipline, more complete than the one in this booklet, in the book: La Jonglerie. This book is presented entirely in French and it contains many other juggling disciplines.
