Juggling Hat Tumbler

Item sold individually .

The Juggler's Hat:
The Tumbler manipulation hat is specifically designed with a shape that makes it optimal for juggling and manipulation. Its mass is significant compared to that of a classic hat to facilitate the different forms of juggling that you can practice with it. It was therefore designed with 3 layers of wool.
It is completely symmetrical. This hat is heavy and round enough to make throws and all forms of various manipulations.

NetJuggler's opinion:
NetJuggler recommends this hat for practicing with 1 hat as well as for juggling with several hats. Enjoy a discount when you order 3.
Features of hats:
- Sizes: from 57 to 60 (head circumference).
- Weight: approx. 335 g (may vary depending on hat size).
- For the black and white hat, the inside of the hat is white.
For what type of practice?
Perfect for juggling and hat manipulation. It is good to take larger than your head size because the hats will be easier to put on and take off when you are manipulating.
1. CLEANING YOUR HAT
The hat is made of felt and is sensitive to water. It is surprising how long this model lasts. On condition that you take care of it. Cleaning and maintaining it will allow you to increase its lifespan.
A. Dusting:
- Use a soft brush to dust the hat.
- Brush in the direction of the felt fibers.
B. Removing small stains:
- Gently dab the stained area with a slightly damp cloth soaked in cold water and mild soap.
- Never rub to avoid damaging the felt.
C. Dry cleaning:
- For a deeper clean, take the hat to a professional for dry cleaning.
D. Drying:
- Allow to air dry, away from sunlight or direct heat sources.
2. ELIMINATION OF ODORS
Probably the most annoying thing about hats is that if they are stored inside each other in a bag or in a closet that is not ventilated, they will end up smelling bad.
A. Ventilation:
- Place the hat in a well-ventilated place for several days.
B. Baking soda:
- Sprinkle baking soda inside the hat.
- Leave for 24 hours, then brush to remove residue.
C. Activated carbon or absorbent sachets:
- Place a packet of activated charcoal or air freshener inside the hat for a few days.
D. Light steam:
- Use a remote steam iron to refresh the hat without direct contact. Be careful, felt hates water, go easy!
E. Fabric Deodorizer:
- Lightly apply a delicate fabric deodorizing spray to the inside of the hat.
Additional tips:
- Avoid excessive humidity to avoid deforming the felt. I think I'm repeating myself!
- Store the hat flat in a dry place away from direct light.
Big problem: you need a size or two up... Unfortunately I'm a size 53. What should I do? I've looked on every possible site...
THANKS
It's indeed a big problem! :-) The smallest size we have is a 56. But it is the smallest size that exists.
Good morning,
I would like to know if it is advisable to take all the hats of the same size, or on the contrary to take them of increasing size to be able to stack them more easily on the head? Does juggling with hats of different sizes hinder juggling?
Thanks in advance.
Juggling with different sized hats has no effect on juggling. However, you can use hats of the same size; they are designed to stack even if they are different sizes.
What is the exact mass of this hat?
There is no exact weight for a hat; it's a handcrafted product. The hat weighs approximately 335 grams, but it varies depending on the size and each hat. It's made from three layers of felt, one on top of the other. It's almost impossible to deliberately obtain two hats of identical weight.
Do you have them in 54? If not, where can I get them?
They currently only exist in sizes 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61. Knowing that ideally it is good to take larger than your head circumference because the hats will be easier to put on and take off when you are handling them.
How does it work for hat sizes?
You need to measure your head circumference. Ideally, you should use a tailor's tape measure. This is the head circumference in centimeters. Excellent question!
