Infinity Katana yo-yo

Irresponsive yo-yo sold individually, delivered with a string.
Yo-yo to discover the 1A discipline:
Its compact metallic body is surprisingly heavy. It therefore benefits from a good grip and above all from good inertia. It is one of the best models to discover the 1A discipline. If you have never handled a yo-yo before, NetJuggler advises you to combine it with a K1 Spin yo-yo which will allow you to evolve from a responsive yo-yo to an irresponsive one (translation: easy-to-use amateur yo-yo towards a pro yo-yo that requires spending some time learning the basics).
The metallic Katana yo-yo has a large opening and an axis mounted on ball bearings to allow the string to pass through and thus open up new possibilities for tricks. The silicone response system makes it very responsive while allowing you to benefit from an attractive price.
NetJuggler's opinion on the Katana yo-yo:
The Katana outperforms many equivalent yo-yos offered at double the price. It's quite rare, but the Infinity brand really stands out from its competitors.
NetJuggler advises you to order a small bag of strings with your yo-yo !
Characteristics of the Katana yo-yo:
- Weight: 66g.
- Diameter: 51mm.
- Width: 38mm.
- Opening: 4.5mm.
- Answer system: recessed silicone.
- Bearing: stainless steel.
- Yo-yo supplied with a string.

What kind of use ?
The Infinity Katana yo-yo is ideal for players looking for a responsive and fast yo-yo.
Tips for 1A yo-yo beginners:
If you are new to the discipline of the 1A yo-yo, you should know a few tips: it is better to start with a sturdy yo-yo, we recommend the K1 Spin yo-yo from the Magic Yoyo brand. Like all metallic yo-yos, a metallic yo-yo like this one is relatively fragile, the warranty on this type of yo-yo does not cover falls to the ground because it should not fall ! When you receive your yo-yo, remember to adjust the length of your string correctly: when the yo-yo is on the ground, the string must reach the height of your belly button ! :-)

Good morning,
I would like to change the ball bearing of my infinity katana yoyo but I don't know the bearing size. I found 2 sizes on the market: Size A (small size) and Size C (large size). Could you tell me which size to choose?
Thanks in advance.
The problem you are describing is not normal. Contact us and we will arrange after-sales service for your order.
Hello, I have the same problem and I can't reach you by phone.
Hello, I practice yoyo at an advanced level with an infinity synergy. I do tricks like ladder escape, grid iron + all the basics. I keep seeing that the katana yoyo is made for beginners and that it is -in quotes- of lower quality than the synergies. Is this really the case? I am looking for a yoyo, wider but with the same capabilities as an infinity synergy (especially on the rolling time), would there be a better yoyo to take or can the katana satisfy me?
The Katana is a very good yo-yo, but it does come with a straight ball bearing that gives it less stability than the Synergie yo-yo. The difference is barely noticeable for a beginner, but it will have an impact on high-level practice where the stability of the Synergie yo-yo will be noticeable. For a yoyo with a longer spin time, why not try the TX10 yoyo . It's heavier and a bit bulkier, which may make it a bit less maneuverable on certain tricks where the strings get tangled, but it will excel in endurance!
I'll get it. yeah
I have a problem. When I do my trick (bine) the string does not wrap around my yoyo. Can someone help me? THANK YOU.
To make the yo-yo go up, you'll need to perform a bind. A bind is a trick where you double the thickness of the string so that the yo-yo will stick to it and go up. You'll find many videos online that explain how to do a bind.
Is the yo-yo sold with a string?
The yo-yo is sold with a string.
Which one to choose between Voodoo, Blaze, Katana and Synergy?
Thanks again for the reply.
The Blaze yoyo is a yoyo designed more for beginners who have never tried 1A. It comes with two sets of bearings so it can function as a regular yoyo or as an advanced 1A yoyo. If you've never practiced, then this yoyo will be more suitable for you because it's also more robust than metal yoyos that need some TLC. The Katana is a budget-friendly metal yo-yo with a cool design. Ideal for beginners in the 1A discipline. However, in our opinion, it's better for children to learn with a PVC yo-yo like the Blaze than with metal yoyos. The Synergy yoyo and the Voodoo yoyo have better quality concave axles than the Katana yoyo's axle. This makes them excellent yoyos for more demanding users. They are both equipped with bearing systems on the outside of the yoyo allowing new tricks where the yoyo can also work with its axis vertically, a bit like a gyroscope. The TX10 yoyo is the highest-end yoyo in the Infinity yoyo series. It is heavier and therefore has better inertia. Apart from the Katana, which is more for beginners, the other yoyos are equal and should be considered high-end yoyos. For a beginner, if you have trouble choosing, know that you will not really feel the difference between each model of metal yoyo... You will feel the differences once you have a good level. Your initial choice can therefore almost be made according to your budget or your color preferences, you will not make a mistake in your choice :-)

Which yoyo should I choose? The Blaze looks good, but I heard it breaks easily. The Katana looks good, but a quick question: is it good for practicing 1a?
The Blaze is a sturdy yoyo that we cover under warranty for a year if you ever have a problem. But it's tough. Like all yoyos, however, it is strongly recommended not to disassemble them, as this can weaken the axles over time. You also need to adjust the string length properly because otherwise they risk hitting the ground if the string is too long. The string length should reach your navel when the yoyo hits the ground with the string taut. Regarding the Katana yoyo, it is designed for 1A and it excels in this discipline.
Hello, I just received my yoyo, but when I try to learn the normal bind, my string gets tangled because I'm only rewinding it by hand. Is this normal or should I change the way I use the yoyo? Thank you.
I just got mine, and I was having this problem when I wasn't throwing hard enough or was taking the string too high or low to get it.
Is bind return hard to learn? Please
The bind can be learned more or less quickly depending on your determination to learn it... If you already juggle or do diabolo, I would say that in 5 to 10 minutes it should be acquired. If you are discovering it, then maybe 1/2 hour of your time! Hard to say, but it is a simple figure during which you also have to learn to throw the yoyo straight! Remember to adjust the length of the string of your yoyo before you start. When the yoyo is on the ground, the string should reach the level of your navel :-).
you have to train, he'll come back one day, that's for sure
The yoyo has arrived and it's great! The only problem is that the internal thread is already ruined, so I had to use a meter of super glue, and everything has been fine since then :D
All metal yoyos have fragile threads. That's why it's not recommended to disassemble them too often. I recommend using a toothpick when your string gets knotted on the yoyo (rather than disassembling it). That being said, super glue won't do the trick, so contact us and our after-sales service will send you a new yoyo.
It's good, I ordered it! It looks great, I can't wait for it to arrive! :)
If you need any advice on how to use it, please don't hesitate to give us a call! Have a nice day!
Hello, I bought the yoyo katana and I would like to know if it is non-responsive or responsive.
The Katana yoyo is unresponsive.
Which rope to choose: cotton or polyester?
Polyester will give you a longer lifespan.
Hello, I would like to know if this yo-yo has a lot of endurance or not, and its level of balance. Thank you :)
Actually, you're funny, you ask the same question many times all over my site! Long live copy/paste! Actually, your question about the balance of the yoyo, from the moment we are talking about a fairly high-end yoyo like this one made entirely of metal, the balance is excellent. The sleep duration (time when the yoyo stays down) is very long. With yoyos of this type, we're more likely to focus on ease of use. And the Infinity range of yoyos are all very functional and comfortable to use. It's mainly the look that will change, and the weight of the yo-yo will have an impact on its dynamics and movement. If you're looking for a good yo-yo, this one is the best value in the Infinity metal range. It should give you complete satisfaction.
