NetJuggler's review of the Gora Fire Sword:
Sword made by Gora, specialist in fire equipment. This accredited is a favorite in the world of pyrotechnic shows, medieval and equestrian shows. The manufacturer advises not to hold the sword in a vertical position for too long to avoid damaging or dirtying the handle. Be careful, this sword model is fragile and can bend easily. If you want a more robust model, I advise you to opt instead for the flying sword from the same manufacturer (Gora). I would like to warn you here that Gora does not cover bent swords in the product warranty, as it considers this as misuse of the product.

Tips for using the sword:
Gora gives some tips for use to increase the lifespan of your sword:
When soaking your wicks, soak them 3/4 full, this will give the kevlar time to absorb all the fuel and prevent it from leaking and dripping onto the silicone. It is important to know that the silicone that makes up the thermal insulation between the handle and the flame of the sword is heat resistant but not fire resistant. Also, be careful not to let any fuel drip onto the silicone.
- Never use fuel such as White Spirit, Benzene or other alcohol based fuel.
- Do not hold the sword in a vertical position with the flame facing down, always keep it moving, or in a horizontal position.
- Handle the grip with care to ensure a long life.
- Do not dip silicone parts or handle in fuel.
