      Re: The SiteSwap

Unless I'm mistaken, this book was first published in 1987. So this book doesn't contain any information about Siteswaps. From memory, it doesn't even mention them. Siteswap at that time, like other mathematical notations for writing juggling, were just getting started and were not at all democratized. Siteswap notation only began to become known in the early 90s, thanks in particular to rec.juggling, which had been active since August 1990 on Usenet2. The internet helped to make these notations known, which were first adopted by geeky jugglers before gradually being adopted by certain jugglers and artists. But I am not a historian specializing in the subject; the Wikipedia article on Siteswaps is well done and will introduce you to writing and especially to its history. The book The Encyclopedia of Ball Juggling contains quite a bit of information on Siteswap and other interesting notations. It's not a specialized book on the subject, and it's only available in English. Otherwise, I invite you to consult the site Siteswap.org which contains some interesting links on the subject.

      Re: [DAVEF] Title

Juggling cups is a relatively uncommon discipline. This book covers a lot of different topics but doesn't have a section dedicated to cups. I recommend checking out cup videos online. There's quite a bit of video content, but to my knowledge,
