Ninja cones are one of the best accessories for developing grip strength and forearm muscle.
The cone shape provides an easier grip point. In addition, the apparatus will spin on itself, releasing the pressure on your tendons and shoulders. Finally, the small size of the cones makes them the ideal accessory for the youngest because they will fit perfectly in the hand of the little ones!
