Pedalo® Swinging Bridge - Balance Exercise

The Pedalo® Oscillating Bridge is a tool designed for balance and coordination exercises. It consists of a solid beech board measuring 100 cm x 12 cm x 5 cm . Thanks to its reversible design, it allows you to vary the exercises: with the wide surface on the ground for greater stability or with the narrow surface for an increased challenge. This device promotes the strengthening of the foot muscles and improves proprioception.
