An aesthetic and robust diabolo:
The Cyclone Quartz V2 is a diabolo equipped with a triple bearing. It has a wide axis and translucent shells.
This version is the 2nd generation of Quartz diabolos which has undoubtedly been the best-selling ball bearing diabolo in the world. It has been completely redesigned here with more resistant shells. These shells now have more harmonious and rounded shapes for maximum comfort when the diabolo hits the body of the person practicing. The rotation system has also been revised. It is indeed more robust and quieter. It will therefore meet the requirements of diabolists who practice intensively both indoors and outdoors.

The Cyclone Quartz V2 diabolo works like a classic ball bearing diabolo, but with three bearings , which gives it a real turbo effect . Thanks to this configuration, the diabolo is extremely stable and spins much longer than a standard diabolo. This gives the player more time to perform and prepare their tricks.
This characteristic allows you to chain together multiple sequences of figures (combos). In addition, its wide axle allows grinds to be performed on fingers or sticks, adding an extra dimension to performance.
NetJuggler's opinion on the triple bearing diabolo
Highly recommended if you are looking to spend hours of pleasure handling a diabolo.
A diabolo equipped with bearings is no more difficult to use than a normal diabolo. On the contrary, once the basics have been mastered, it is possible to progress more easily because you spend less time re-accelerating the diabolo.
We particularly appreciate that the manufacturer took into account feedback on the previous version. The result is a real gem in the hands of users!

This diabolo has a shiny and translucent finish, giving it a very impressive visual. However, if you use it on surfaces like asphalt or gravel, it may scratch more easily than opaque models. These scratches will not affect the use of the diabolo, but may alter its aesthetics. If you prefer a diabolo that is more resistant to scratches, we recommend opting for a more high-end model, such as those from the Henrys brand, a renowned German manufacturer and the choice of professionals.

For what type of practice?
This diabolo, thanks to its triple bearing, is ideal for doing tricks. It’s perfect for beginners!
NetJuggler Tips:
If you're a beginner, NetJuggler recommends taking a spool of string with your order. Indeed, beginners with sharp and jerky movements wear out the strings very quickly, in a few hours even, whereas the same string could last several weeks for an experienced diabolist. This can save you from paying shipping costs again when your string is worn out.
Why a medium-sized diabolo?
If you have browsed our site a little, you will see that we regularly recommend medium-sized diabolos... Why? Small diabolos are very difficult to use because they immediately lose the speed you give them. Large diabolos are excellent but may be too heavy for younger children and are more expensive. The medium-sized diabolos offer excellent value for money and are suitable for both young and old to learn the basics of the discipline!
NetJuggler info on bearing diabolos:
If you are not familiar with triple bearing diabolos, the principle is as follows: once your diabolo gains speed, it will maintain it much longer than a normal axle diabolo. Here are some of the advantages:
- Rotation time much longer than that of a normal diabolo.
- Possibility of chaining together numerous figures without having to re-accelerate your diabolo.
- Wide axle to facilitate many tricks.
- Minimal friction between the axle and the sticks during grinds/slides.
- Limits friction when practicing the vertax (vertical axis of the diabolo).
Children and beginners will love it because its axis will allow very long grinds, allowing the diabolo to be caught on the sticks or even the fingers!
Triple bearing for experienced diabolists:The interest for an experienced diabolist will be to facilitate Excalibur (or vertax) figures, in which the diabolo will be used in a horizontal plane (with its axis vertical).
Triple rotation for teachers:Teachers will have plenty of time to explain tricks to beginners because the diabolo never stops spinning! No need to be an expert to pass on new tricks.
Some disadvantages or limits to triple bearing axes : it becomes impossible to do all the figures based on the elevator. These bearing diabolos are not made for practicing with several diabolos (except vertax), because they will turn too quickly on the string compared to diabolos equipped with normal axles. It may be necessary to change the bearing system once the bearings show wear, which of course never happens on a normal diabolo!

What kind of diabolos should I buy to practice 2 diabolos?
The ball bearings on my two Cyclone Quartz V2 diabolos are starting to make noise due to wear. Do you sell lubricant in your shop? Could you please advise me on which one to choose?
The bearings are self-lubricating and sealed. You can try adding oil, but it shouldn't change anything. I invite you to contact us directly so we can see how we can help.
Thanks in advance,
Have a nice day.
Hello, do you have white diabolos where you can see through them in Cyclone Quartz V2?
THANKS
And no! Sorry, this diabolo doesn't come in white. Only in the colors offered, which you can select.

Are there any diabolos that are specially made to have lights installed for use in the dark?
The Cyclone Quartz diabolo is one of the diabolos that will provide the best lighting effect. Indeed, its translucent shells let light through, whatever the color of diabolo you choose. You can buy it with a light kit .
Impressive Visuals in Night Conditions
I invite you to go see photos of this diabolo equipped with a light kit . The result in the dark is amazing. Ideal for having fun in the dark or for night shows .In your opinion, which is the best lightest color: green, red, blue, orange, purple, or pink to have the best lighting effect?
THANKS
Color Compatibility with the Light Kit
To equip this diabolo with a light kit , any color will work well. The translucent appearance of the diabolo works well with all colors.Color Performance Under Lighting
Green might light up a little better than other colors, but honestly, it's very subjective...Color Choice for the Diabolo Cyclone Quartz
To equip a Cyclone Quartz diabolo with a light kit, you won't make a mistake by choosing one color over another.ok thanks for this advice
Good morning,
My son is in circus class in second grade. And he chose the diabolo.
Which model would you recommend to me?
I wanted to get him the Cyclone Quartz V2 diabolo for Christmas. Is its drawback, that it cannot do all the tricks based on the elevator, restrictive for my son?
Thank you in advance for your information.

Limitations of Bearing Diabolos
Indeed, some lift-based tricks will not be possible with this diabolo. If this is an important trick for him, you could opt for a diabolo equipped with a fixed axle .Advantages and Disadvantages of Diabolo Types
In fact, each diabolo has its advantages and disadvantages. There are plenty of things he can do with a bearing diabolo that he won't be able to do with a fixed axle diabolo.Comparison of the Use of the Bearing and Fixed Axle Diabolo
The bearing diabolo is easier to use and more fun. Fixed axle diabolos will require more discipline in learning and allow for a better foundation in diabolo.Hello, I'm 13 years old and at an intermediate level. I've spotted the Cyclone Quartz v2 and the Beach Free. Can you give me your opinion or point me in the direction of something else? Recommend some sticks?
If you are at an intermediate level, the Cyclone Quartz is a good diabolo, but you will be able to do more tricks with a larger diabolo that will be more stable and benefit from better inertia (it will spin longer). You have the Hurricane which is a good diabolo that is more versatile than the Cyclone Quartz. Regarding the sticks, there is a wide choice. Aluminum sticks will be the most versatile. Carbon or fiber sticks are the lightest and allow you to better feel your diabolo in the string.
Thank you
Hello, is the quartz cyclone 2 the same as the V2
There is the Cyclone Quartz V2 or Quartz 2 which are the same diabolos with translucent shells. And then there is the Cyclone V2 which has opaque shells which is not the same diabolo.
I would like to know if the quartz cyclone is faster than the classic cyclone and if its shells are less damaged.
Hello, I can confirm that the quartz cyclone is faster than the cyclone.
The Cyclone Quartz and Cyclone are both equipped with the same bearing system. They will therefore have similar performance. In both cases, the hulls are robust. The Cyclone Quartz's hulls are shiny, so they are more likely to scratch easily, especially if you use it on asphalt or gravel.
Good morning,
Would it be possible to order just a new axle?
Good morning
I found an offer with the storage bag on other sites where you are a reseller. Do you offer the bag with the purchase of a set with a stick and thread? Thank you.
The bag is not available with the combination of equipment you indicated. Find the diabolo bag on our website .
Hello, I bought this model a month ago, along with some Henris baguettes. Unfortunately, the cylindrical bearing in the middle is moving, which causes a decrease in speed and stability. I would like to know if this is normal, given that in your introductory video you explain that this model is very resistant.
Thank you in advance for your response.
On all ball bearing diabolo models, there is a slight play from left to right at the central axle. This is what allows the diabolo to turn (otherwise the axle would be fixed despite the ball bearings). This does not affect the performance of the diabolo in any way. If you feel you have a problem, I invite you to contact our after-sales service by contacting us by phone or email using the contact details on our website.
Hello. I want to give a diabolo to my 10-year-old grandson, but I don't know if he'll like it. Which one should I choose so that the first approach is encouraging and he develops a taste for it? Ball bearings or not?
This Cyclone Quartz diabolo is one of the best choices you can make for a child around ten years old. It's a sturdy piece of equipment that can withstand the harshest of children's play. It's equipped with ball bearings, making it easier to use than a fixed-axle diabolo. Its medium size makes it a fairly lightweight diabolo, making it ideal for a beginner.
quite light too
Lightweight bearing diabolo
If you want a fairly light diabolo, the Quartz is a good diabolo and for a slightly larger diabolo you have the Vision Free diabolo which is very light for its size.
I want a diabolo with bearings that makes no noise. Which diabolo would you recommend?
Silent Diabolos?
Diabolos with triple bearings are the quietest. There will always be a slight noise when there are bearings because there is a manufacturing constraint for the diabolo to be able to turn. A slight play from left to right at the axle and the central cylinder bearing. The model we have that makes the least noise is the Sundia Shining diabolo .
Hello. I've been playing diabolo with this one for three years (soon to be 4, so I'm at a decent level) but it's starting to get badly damaged and even though I've tightened it, the butterfly effect persists... I have no idea what kind of diabolo to turn to... Especially since I have a lot of trouble with the fixed ace diabolo (it catches the string too much), if you could give me some advice that would be great!
Professional ball bearing diabolo
If you're looking for more professional equipment, consider the Vision Free or the Circus Free. They're both German-made (Henrys) and will satisfy you with their robustness. The Vision Free has the distinction of being large yet fairly light. The Circus is a larger, heavier diabolo, but it's therefore more stable while benefiting from better inertia.
best diabolo
Do you recommend the quartz v2 or the beach? For normal use on a perlouse
Diabolo Quartz V2 or Beach Free?
Both are very good diabolos. The Beach, however, benefits from shells that are a little less likely to scratch when used outdoors. If you're looking for something more high-end that's safe for outdoor use, consider the Vision Free or the Jazz Free.
Can we practice vertax with this diabolo even if a larger diabolo is recommended?
Vertax can be practiced with almost any diabolo. However, it will be much easier to practice with ball-bearing diabolos and also with diabolos larger than this one.
Can you grind with carbon rods?
Carbon sticks allow you to perform grinds/slides: these tricks where you land the diabolo on the sticks. NetJuggler recommends Henrys carbon sticks or Mister Babache carbon sticks .
I received my diabolo and sticks in good condition, so you do indeed put the products in recyclable packaging. In conclusion, I'm satisfied with the site. Why not make a purchase soon?
Hello, this is to know if the cases scratch easily.
Please respond as soon as possible.
All diabolo shells scratch. Some more than others. Diabolos with a glossy finish scratch more than diabolos with a matte finish. Translucent diabolos have a glossy finish and will therefore scratch more easily than other opaque diabolo models.
Quartz diabolos feature a premium finish with plastic that is resistant to scratching. The extent to which it will scratch will also depend greatly on how it is used. Used on gravel or asphalt, it will scratch more than on grass, in a gym, indoors, etc.
