70mm rechargeable glowing ball [USB]

USB rechargeable multi-function 70mm diameter ball. The ball is simply recharged using a micro usb cable (not supplied).
The ball has a soft and comfortable surface to handle. It is suitable for juggling. The colours are soft and very bright. The LED block is positioned inside the ball offset with the surface of the ball in order to be well protected. The socket to connect the charger and the switch are also protected and accessible. The LEDs diffuse the light evenly over the entire surface of the ball.
The ball is equipped with a multi-function LED block which includes 11 different light effects. Pressing the switch cycles through each mode / effect.
Light effects:
- Red.
- Green.
- Blue.
- Yellow.
- Turquoise.
- Rose.
- Orange.
- White.
- Slow fade between 8 colours.
- Sharp change every 1.5 seconds per colour (8 colours).
- Strobe - between the 8 colours.
To turn it on, keep a long press on the switch. To turn it off, the same long press. To navigate between the modes, a short press.
Charging time: about 15 minutes to get about 45 minutes of battery life.

What amperage for the charger? Do they need to be fully discharged before the first charge? Is there a signal that shows when the battery is fully charged, please?
This ball model can be plugged into any USB socket. There is no signal to indicate charging. And charging stops automatically once the ball is fully charged.
Really great, I don't think there's anything better. The effects are awesome. I'm pleasantly surprised by the battery life in fondue mode, which is more like 1h30 and not 45 for me. Bravo for the design

Do the balls always start on the same cycle when switched on or do they resume on the last color used?
When the ball is turned back on, it returns to the first mode. There is no memory of the last mode used before turning the ball off.
