Thanks to its changeable size, it is ideal for practicing the "double staff".

The fact that it is dismantable makes it ideal for carrying it anywhere. This feature also makes it convenient to use. We appreciate the use of a very good quality Kevlar. For the fixing of the staff, there is a system of double clips on each side accompanied by a screw system which avoids vibrations when using the staff.

The Kevlar is held in place by two screws on each side. The system works the same way as changing wicks on a torch. I made this amateur video that should help you if you want to change your wicks. The technique is the same:
