Flower set:
This set allows you to improve your staff and adapt it to practice contact. Indeed, the presence of flowers will slightly slow down the rotation of the staff and thus make it more stable, to gain precision in your movements.

These flowers are not designed to fit Play's telescopic staff, but they are compatible with it. They can be positioned on the X-Grip or between the X-Grip and the staff's clip system. In my opinion it is better not to put the flowers directly on the X-Grip otherwise it takes up too much space on the grip. For your information, the flowers cannot be placed on the ends of the staff because the diameter of the outer tube is too thin to accommodate the flowers.
Are they fire resistant?
Silicone flowers are heat resistant but not fire resistant, which is why a staff must always be in motion and never held upright without moving... This is also an important instruction to avoid damaging the grip of your staff.
