Ring Play:

Rings are the intermediate between the work of balls and that of clubs and allow juggling with a larger number of objects. They come in several diameters.

To learn this type of equipment , it is best to start with large rings that allow greater stability in the throwing trajectories as well as a good reception. Made of plastic , they are light and offer good shock resistance . Due to their different sizes, they allow an evolution in the mastery of the precision of the throw and the reception, thus preparing the ground for future work with clubs. They are available in many colors.

For what type of practice?

There are several sizes of rings. The smaller ones for juniors are lighter and the smaller width allows a better grip for small hands. The larger size and weight rings are rather recommended for adults.
