Swivel OPEN Petzl - Pivot mounted on bearings:

Openable aluminum swivel on ball bearings allowing the rotation of the fabric and ropes while avoiding twisting and mixing of the strips or ropes. Mounts above the aerial apparatus, on the main attachment or on a carabiner as well as on the fabric bell.

This accessory can be combined with a wide variety of products (pulleys, lanyards, etc.) thanks to its wide 14mm opening. It will save you from having to multiply the carabiners on your installations.

Swivel designed to reduce the bulk and weight of the systems made. It also helps to solve the problems of twisting and tangling of ropes and lanyards in different situations:

• Hoisting: prevents twisting of the ropes when the load turns on itself, thus limiting stranding.
• Hauling: eliminates the risk of friction between the ropes, which improves efficiency when hauling.
• Progression with a lunge line: avoids twisting and simplifies handling.
