The strings of this trapeze are only in cotton. They have no steel cables inside. It is important for a static trapeze not to contain any steel. This gives it a better grip, the strings are thus more flexible for a good comfort of use. This is what makes it possible to perform all the tricks in the ropes easily. The swinging trapezes, on the other hand, contain a steel cable in order to solidify the whole structure because they are more stressed by the pressures of the swing.

The certificate announces the resistance of our trapezes. This document will allow you to use this trapeze in a professional environment (circus schools, show rooms, gymnasiums, etc.).
Which trapeze size to choose?
For children and schools:
If you buy a trapeze for a school and children, we recommend that you use a trapeze that is not too wide. A 50cm wide model will be suitable. The length of 50cm corresponds to the interior length and does not include the ropes. The total length of the 50cm trapeze is 55cm (rope 2.5cm in diameter).
For adults:
The most used trapeze size for adults is 55cm, which is the distance between the strings. The total length of the 55cm trapeze is 60cm (2.5cm diameter rope).
For large sizes:
For large sizes, generally for men, we will use a 60cm trapeze. The total length of the 60cm trapeze is 65cm (rope 2.5cm in diameter).
Fixing the trapeze:
This trapeze can be fixed either with a carabiner / quick link, or with a truck loop. The carabiners and links sold on our website are compatible with this trapeze. The carabiners will be more practical if you often have to install and then uninstall your trapeze, the links are less expensive and more practical on a fixed installation. All our aerial accessories
Warning , it is important to be able to change the links / carabiners. Some sell trapezes with built-in carabiners that cannot be removed from their trapezes. But it is then impossible to change the carabiners when they are damaged, which can potentially be dangerous.
Tips for using the trapeze:
To readjust the horizontality of the bar, twist or untwist the strands. In order not to cause premature wear on your trapeze, never cover splices or ligatures with plasticized material.
What kind of use ?
- Intended for use by all types of practitioners: beginners and professionals.
- Audience: children and adults.
- Recommended in circus initiation workshops : robust and reliable equipment.
Trapeze safety:
Two important points for safety with a trapeze: the fixation and the landing mat.
Regarding the hooks, have your installation done, or checked by an approved body. Whether you are in a professional environment or at home, the safety of the people who will find themselves on the trapeze depends on this fixation.
The "FFEC" French Federation of Circus Schools recommends an installation of trapezes at a height of 6m50 for professional shows.
They recommend the use of a fall mattress of at least 2 meters by 2 meters, 40 centimeters thick.
For lesson use, with children or beginners NetJuggler advises you to limit the height of use of your trapeze.
On a working height of less than 1.50m, we recommend that you use a mattress that is at least 10cm thick and whose dimensions are at least 1.50 x 1.50m.
For a working height of between 1.50m and 2.50m: use a landing mat or fall mat at least 20cm thick whose dimensions are at least: 2mx2m.
Do not take the safety of practitioners lightly, for your lessons, limit the height to which your students can climb. Never practice alone!
Do not take the safety of practitioners lightly, never climb above two meters in height without a suitable safety system.

Good morning,
Is it possible to attach the trapeze to 1 tree?
Ct Nicolas
I did this once, as a temporary measure. To protect the branch and the top of the ropes.
Setting up aerials on trees is not a good idea. It's impossible to comply with the regulations for attachments, and only someone specialized in tree work should accompany you, because to practice trapeze, you'll need two anchor points capable of withstanding about a ton of pressure. You need the right tree species and make sure it's healthy. Beam/branch strength The beam or branch where you install your equipment must be able to support at least a ton of pressure. It's not your weight that needs to be held, but your weight in motion. And sorry, but even if you suck in your stomach and wriggle around on aerial equipment, your weight can easily reach 500/600kg. To determine whether your beam or branch is sufficiently robust, I can't help you; I don't have the expertise. You'll need to call on an expert, a tree specialist—in short, someone who knows what they're doing. And even then, we strongly advise against this type of installation. However, I can give you advice on installing it on a beam. Don't hesitate to contact me by email for personalized advice on installing overhead supports.
Hello, can you tell me what material the trapeze bar is made of?
I have to install it above a swimming pool (chlorine)
Good morning,
Do you know what the recommended usage time for a trapeze is? In hours and/or years?
Thanks in advance
If the ropes are in good condition, there is no limit to how long a trapeze can be used. This is true for most aerial/climbing equipment. However, the equipment requires annual inspection by an approved organization. If the equipment is in good condition, you can continue to use it. There is no reason to intervene as long as the equipment passes its annual test.
