Duo Trapeze:

The bar has a diameter of Ø25mm x 3mm for a width of 60cm between the ropes and two bars of 15cm on either side of the rope.

Splices are not covered.

The strings of this trapeze are only cotton. They have no steel cables inside. It is important for a static trapeze not to contain any steel. This gives it a better grip, the strings are thus more flexible for a good comfort of use. This is what facilitates all the tricks in the ropes. The swinging trapezes on the other hand contain a steel cable in order to solidify the whole structure because they are more stressed by the pressures of the swing.

Information about the certificate:

The certificate announces the resistance of our trapezes. This document will allow you to use this trapeze in a professional environment (circus school, performance hall, gymnasium, etc...).

Fixing the trapeze:

This trapeze can be fixed either with carabiners/quick links, or with a truck loop. The carabiners and quick links sold on our website are compatible with this trapeze. The carabiners will be more handy if you often have to install and then uninstall your trapeze, the links are less expensive and more practical on a fixed installation. Please note, it is important to be able to change the links / carabiners. Some sell trapezes with built-in carabiners that cannot be removed from their trapezes. But it is then impossible to change the carabiners when they are damaged, which can potentially be dangerous.

Tips for using the trapeze:

To readjust the horizontality of the bar, twist or untwist the strands. In order not to cause premature wear on your trapeze, never cover splices or ligatures with plasticized material.

Trapeze safety:

Two important points for safety with a trapeze: the fixation and the landing mat.

- Regarding the fixation, have your installation done, or have your installation checked by an approved body. Whether you are in a professional environment or at home, the safety of the people who will find themselves on the trapeze depends on this fixation.

- Up to a height of 2 meters, use a landing mattress at least 20cm thick. We recommend the use of a 40cm mat. Beyond this height, standards exist and require thicker mats, of specific sizes, or even inflatable structures.

Do not take the safety of practitioners lightly, never climb above two meters in height without a suitable safety system.
