An example of a simple, non-competitive game played with Frisbee is “keep it up”. It's simply a matter of throwing the Frisbee to one or more friends and passing the disc around, trying to keep it in the air for as long as possible, without it touching the ground. It's a fun game that can be played alone or in a group, without pressure or competition, and can be played anywhere, whether at the beach, in a park or in your garden.

Warning : This disc does not float. If you are playing at the beach and your disc falls into the ocean, you will have to run quickly to catch it because it will sink and you risk losing it!
