XXL Lycopod Firelovers torch
Torch sold individually, equipped with a Kevlar wick and a reservoir. The lycopodium powder is not included.
Use lycopodium powder with this torch. This powder is extracted from a dried plant. Throw powder on the torch flame, it will create a giant fireball. An impressive visual used as a WOW effect in a show, for a final for example.
The torch can also be used without powder, just for its flame at the end.

Characteristics of the Lycopodium torch:
- Torch length: 35 cm.
- Tank width: 88 mm.
- Diameter of the handle: 22 mm.
- Grip: X-Grip.
- Kevlar wick width: 50 mm.
- Diameter of the kevlar part: 40 mm (+/-.)
Preparing the torch:
First of all, fill the reservoir with lycopodium powder ( not supplied) using a small funnel for example. When soaking your wick in flavorless oil, be sure not to wet the powder. NetJuggler recommends that you use a pipette for example.
Until you use the torch, you should keep it in an upright position, so that the powder does not spill.
How do I get the fireball effect?
The thin powder will come out of the torch, onto the flame, thanks to the effect of centrifugal force when you spin around with the torch pointed outwards. It will form a fireball around you that will hold a bit before dissipating. Make sure you are away from people and animals.
A full torch (300g of lycopodium) makes about 15 fireballs. You can put between 100 and 300g of powder in the tank.
Safety:
Any use of fire equipment requires a safe distance between you and your audience. Lycopodium powder having a significant fireball effect, increase the safety distances that you are used to practicing. Stand at least 7 meters away from your audience.
