Flower sticks

So in fact, what we call flowers are the “frills” which are at the ends of the sticks.

The point of the flowers is to concentrate the masses of the stick on its ends, which causes the flower sticks to move gently. This is intended to facilitate learning of the discipline. These sticks are much easier to handle than Golos (conical sticks) .

Schools and associations , for a long time circus trunks were made with golos. These sticks are generally discouraging if you are doing initiation because they are more difficult to handle. This is why we recommend equipping your circus trunks with flower sticks for initiation.

If, on the other hand, your specialty is the devil's stick, then the use of conical sticks may be more consistent for you because the fact that you are passionate about it will allow you to do more interesting exercises.
