Two important things to know when buying a balance ball:

- Not less than 15 kilos because it is dangerous if your ball is too light, especially for initiation with children.

- If the ball weighs less than 15 kilos, make sure it is ballastable like our models equipped with caps.

- Most doors are 80cm wide . The 70cm ball is therefore the easiest to take with you from one place to another, from one room to another
