Shipping costs for Metropolitan France:
NetJuggler offers several packages for your shipping costs. For delivery in France, the rate is 7.5 euros for a 48-hour delivery by colissimo with tracking by email and SMS, regardless of the amount of your order. You also have an Express delivery package for 6 euros with tracking by email and SMS. For small items, you can choose a 5-euro delivery by priority letter without tracking and without guarantee (up to 20 days). Finally, for bulky items, a 14-euro package may apply. The available shipping packages are displayed on the product page of each item under the "add to cart" button.
Shipping costs (outside Metropolitan France):
Shipping costs packages outside Metropolitan France are displayed under the "add to cart" button located on each product page (a drop-down menu with the different products delivered indicates the amount of shipping costs applied).
Delivery outside the EU:
For any delivery outside the European Union, please contact us by email or telephone so that we can provide you with a quote for actual shipping costs.
General conditions of online sale:
These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company NetJuggler with a capital of 150,000 euros whose head office is in Oradour sur Glane, registered in the trade and companies register of Limoges under number RCS LIMOGES 479 980 492 hereinafter referred to as "NetJuggler" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website "NetJuggler.net".

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between NetJuggler and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site netjuggler.net, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed to by NetJuggler.

The photographs on the site are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
Characteristics of handicrafts and mascots
Our mascots and some products offered on our site are handcrafted. This production method guarantees unique and high-quality creations, but may also result in slight variations in the patterns, shades or textiles used, depending on the availability of raw materials. These differences do not affect the functionality or quality of the product, but may sometimes differ from the photos presented on our site, especially for models dating back several years. We thank you for your understanding regarding these particularities, which are an integral part of the artisanal process. Prices:
The prices listed on the site are inclusive of tax in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services.
NetJuggler reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Prices shown do not include order processing, shipping and delivery charges.
Geographic area:
The online sale of products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in France, the French overseas departments and territories or Belgium and for deliveries required in these geographical areas. Additional shipping costs may be requested for deliveries outside mainland France.
Orders:
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product or service must:
- Fill out the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details or give his customer number if he has one;
- Add the items he wishes to order to his basket;
- Validate your order after having checked it;
- Make the payment under the conditions provided;
- Confirm your order and payment.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of relying on one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.
Payment terms:
The price is payable upon ordering.
Payments will be made by check, Paypal (refer to www.Paypal.fr ), or credit card. For the latter, they will be made through the secure Citelis system of Crédit Mutuel which uses the SSL protocol ( Secure Socket Layer ) so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.
At the buyer's request, an invoice showing the VAT will be sent to him.
Delivery :
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products leave NetJuggler's premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Some information if you order with our economy package in Priority Letter:
Please note, this delivery method is ideal if you want to save money. If what you want is to be delivered quickly, this is not the best choice. We recommend delivery in 24h or 48h instead.
Some information if you order with our 48-hour package:
Please note, we do not guarantee delivery within 48 hours. As with all carriers, this is not an exact science :-). That being said, we note that over the 12 months of the year, Colissimo is reliable. The 48-hour deadline is respected at 93% in Metropolitan France . Do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter a problem with your delivery, we are here to help you: 05 55 56 25 79.
48-hour deliveries are guaranteed from our premises from Monday to Friday, we cannot deliver to you on Sunday.
If you are not there at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox telling you which post office to collect your package from.
Do you live on an island? Oléron, Corsica, Ré etc... Please note that it takes 1 to 2 extra days to deliver to all the small islands around France. Our delivery people sometimes have to swim across !!!
Some information if you order with our 24h package:
Please note, we do not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. As with all carriers, this is not an exact science :-). That being said, we note that over the 12 months of the year, the carrier we work with is serious and manages to deliver 95% of packages within this 24-hour deadline.
24-hour deliveries are guaranteed from Monday to Friday, we cannot deliver to you on Saturday and Sunday with this delivery method.
Don't forget to receive your package because after 10 days if you have not collected it it will be returned to us and we will be forced to charge you again for the shipping costs to organize a new shipment! That would be a shame, wouldn't it!

Guarantee :
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

Archiving - Proof:
NetJuggler will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
NetJuggler's computerized records will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Dispute Resolution:
These online sales conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Limoges, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.

Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu mon colis mais j'avais commandé un diabolo Vision Free bleu et j'ai reçu à la place un diabolo Huriccane bleu.
Lorsque je télécharge le ticket de retour dans le site DPD, le site me précise que l'option de retour n'est pas disponible pour mon colis.
Quelle est la procédure à faire pour retourner mon colis?

Toute commande passée avant midi est expédiée le jour même.
