Products that cannot be returned
Among the items that cannot be returned in our catalog there is the whole range of equipment from the manufacturer Sarneige because they are made to order (these are gymnastic mats, gymnastic areas, reception mats, etc.
All mascot costumes: each costume is made to order in Auvergne. It is difficult for us to help you with a return on this whole range.
Instructions for returning an item to us
To return a product to us, I advise you to use the Colissimo format from your post office, this will be the most efficient method. Keep the tracking number of the package well. The return costs are your responsibility.

Remember to pack the equipment well. We have already received empty boxes and envelopes. Feel free to use tape and reinforce your packaging. We will have a hard time helping you if the equipment arrives damaged or missing from the package!

We will contact you upon receipt of the package to check and finalize the return together.
