Flowtoys Warranty

The Flowtoys “forever flow" full lifetime warranty is intended to enable you to practice, play, party and perform with your Flowtoys® without worrying about breaking them, and to freely find your flow. It is also designed to ensure your investment in flowtoys will last a lifetime even as we improve our products, and to reduce waste and encourage re-use with a lifetime trade-in program.

Flowtoys/NetJuggler WARRANTY // EUROPE

If you are located in the EU, NetJuggler can help with your Flowtoys warranty. This will enable you to reduce your return costs as we are based in France in the EU (rather then returning your products to the US). For all warranty questions and problems you may encounter, please first contact Flowtoys US. Flowtoys will then put us in touch in order for us to help you.

What is covered:

1. Defects in materials or workmanship:

  • All Flowtoys-made items are covered for the lifetime of the owner.
  • Flowtoys will provide free repair or replacement (shipping not included) of the faulty part or, if we are unable to do so after a reasonable number of tries, a full refund.


2. Failure of non-electronic parts of props, due to intended use:

  • All Flowtoys-made products are covered for the lifetime of the owner.
  • Flowtoys will provide free repair or replacement (shipping not included) of the faulty part.


3. Failure of electronic parts due to intended use within 2 years:

  • All Flowtoys-made electronics are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date.
  • Flowtoys will provide free repair or replacement (shipping not included) of the faulty part.


4. Lifetime trade-in credit: 

You can send back any Flowtoys-made prop at any time, in any condition, and get 50% credit towards any flowtoys purchase.


What is NOT covered:

  • Products not made by flowtoys.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Wear and tear.
  • Flowtoys products that fail due to unintended use: dropped in water, chewed by dog, dropped on rough or sharp surfaces, etc.
  • Flowtoys-made lifestyle products, eg. hipsacks, t-shirts, beanies, kaizen prop racks, bags, clava lamps, yoga mats, massage tools etc. will be replaced if there are defects within 60 days of your order, but do not qualify for half price replacements or upgrade credit.

There are 3 categories of stuff we provide:

  • Flowtoys-made props: Podpoi, Vision clubs, Lumina Twirl batons ...
  • Flowtoys-made lifestyle products: hipsacks, beanies, gear bags, kaizen prop racks ...
  • Products made by other artists/companies: Pixelwhips, Spinballs, Wandinis ...

Flowtoys-made props:

Here's the skinny:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for life.
  • You'll have to send the part back to us and cover return shipping, but we'll replace it for free.
  • A totally amazing feature of our warranty :: You can send back any flowtoys-made prop at any time, in any condition, and get 50% credit towards any flowtoys purchase.
  • Electronics: 
    • no physical damage and ‹ 2 years = free repair or replacement of the relevant part.
    • physical damage/ unintended use = half price repair or replacement of the relevant part.
    • > 2 years = battery replacement fee, or half price repair or replacement of the relevant part.
  • Non-electronics: 
    • intended use and not wear & tear = free repair or replacement of the relevant part for life.
    • non-intended use = half price repair or replacement of the relevant part.
    • wear & tear = half price repair or replacement of the relevant part.


Here are examples and details:

  • Cord/leashes: Go through normal wear and tear, as you use them. Cord/leashes do not qualify for free replacements, but you can send them back for half price replacements when they wear down.
  • Grip: Goes through wear and tear with use. Click here for our grip replacement policy.
  • 3D-printed connectors:
    • Sabers and 1" collapsible staffs: Because you need to remove the tubes frequently for intended use, we'll replace worn out buttons/connectors for free for life.  
    • Connectors for other props: Connectors are not meant to be removed frequently. If wear and tear, we'll replace for half price.
  • Vision clubs non-electronic parts: Because clubs are frequently dropped during normal use, the club body, handle, knobs and caps go through wear and tear and it is normal for all juggling clubs to wear down over time. 
    • free replacement if not working right within first 2 years, half price on the part after 2 years.

    • or you can get parts for $5-15/part, and replace it yourself.

  • Light units: The battery is an expendable part that gets used up over time, and is only covered for 2 years. All Li-ion batteries, like the ones in our phones and laptops, have ~2 years or 300-500 charges on average before they significantly lose their ability to hold a charge. They are affected by age, even if they are not used.
    • If your battery is less than 2 years old and is not physically damaged, we will replace it for free.
    • If your battery is over 2 years old, or is physically damaged, we offer a battery replacement service:
      • Capsule 1: $17.50
      • Capsule 2: $24
      • Vision core: $42
    • Depending on the props, it is possible to replace the battery yourself if you know how to solder. If you would like to try to DIY, it will not void your warranty. Contact us for details.

    • If we can verify you ordered your lights less than 2 years ago, we will base the 2 year timeframe on your order date. If not, we will go off the manufacture date on the battery.

  • Modifications: We encourage and support customizing your props. If you've modified a prop (cut it, put crazy stickers on it etc.), it doesn't void your warranty, and we can repair or replace as needed to original stock condition, but may not be able to account for your customizations.
  • Intended use: Flowtoys are intended for finding your flow through movement. If you used your staff as a pry bar, your dog chewed your pod shells, or if your props didn't survive a swim in the ocean, we can get you a replacement for half price if you send it back and cover return shipping.

Flowtoys-made lifestyle products

  • Hipsacks, t-shirts, beanies, kaizen prop racks, bags, clava lamps, yoga mats, massage guns etc. will be replaced if there are defects within 60 days of your order, but do not qualify for half price replacements or upgrade credit.

Other company's products

  • Pixelwhips, umoja spheres, pomgrips, fabric fans, flags, ribbons etc. If flowtoys didn't make it, we'll need a proof of purchase, as these items are available on other shops. These items also have their specific warranties, and do not fall under the flowtoys warranty. Please refer to the specific item warranty for details.



Before sending anything back to us, please read our warranty terms below:

  • Contact us BEFORE sending anything back - please do NOT send items to us without first contacting us
  • Warranty does not cover products that were lost or stolen.
  • We are not responsible for merchandise that was lost or damaged during shipping to us. Please ensure your package is securely packed and trackable.
  • All warranty items need to be sent back before credit is given. Please do NOT make a purchase and then send back your old rigs for credit. You will only be able to use the credit towards a new purchase - we cannot apply credit retroactively.
  • Please read all the troubleshooting tips and policy relevant to the product in question.
  • We can only replace and upgrade with items that we currently have in stock. We will try our best to replace with the model/color you request, but we cannot guarantee that it will be available at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse coverage to any persons or entities that abuse these policies. Examples of abuse would be intentional breakage, repeated breakage from the same actions, and returns sent without prior acknowledgement from Flowtoys.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We do not issue call tags. We will recharge the shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address or recipient refusal.
  • Warranty may take up to two weeks to be processed. If you are in a hurry, please contact us directly via e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee it.
  • Our products should not be combined with products or parts from other manufacturers, unless specifically authorized by us and such other manufacturers. Any unauthorized product combination may void the warranty of our products and other manufacturers’ products.
