Aerial Silk Tutorial - "Assis-nuque Papillon"

Here is a aerial silk tutorial which will teach you how to make the butterfly trick, with an intermediate step, the "assis-nuque".

To perform this trick, you don't have to master the foot keys. It is, however, best to master the basics first before embarking on more advanced tricks.
