[FR] tutoriel poi 05 Meltdown

This tutorial by Bow will introduce you to Meltdown. The Meltdow is based on all the positions studied in the previous tutorial 04. In this tutorial we will do the opposite of what is presented in tutorial 04, namely the poi will remain in the same plane but the body does not move. We are starting to be on a rather advanced practice discipline hence the importance of good time on tutorial 04 and on this one. Unlocking these manipulations opens many doors for you to continue learning the practice of poi.

Whether you are a beginner or already have some knowledge, the explanations are simple and accessible in this tutorial, which will allow you to start with simple and clean movements. Be careful, however, this tutorial is a little more complicated to master than the previous ones and you will need to have already assimilated the notions of tutorial 04 which precedes this one.

Maybe if you have an advanced level, these movements will allow you to better visualize notions that might have escaped you when you started.
